Pastor Fraser is the Dean of Students and has taught at the school for 25 years. He is the Pastor at Oasis Baptist church and serves as the Station Pastor at the Ramble Police Station. He is also a board member at Mt. Ward Primary School in Hanover. Pastor Fraser has been married for 30 years and has four children. He enjoys reading and watching sports.

Mr. Gibbs serves the school as assistant to the Academic Dean as well as teaching. He is an active member of Hopewell Independent Baptist Church and serves many other local churches in the Montego Bay area. Caleb has been married for over 10 years and has 1 child. He enjoys spending time with his family, exercising and reading.
Mr. Supplee has served as the music teacher during the second semester of the year for over 5 years. He also teaches choir and takes the choir on tour each year during spring break. He actively serves in a local church in the USA as well as Oasis Baptist Church in Jamaica when he and his wife are here. Mr. Supplee has been married for over 40 years and has 5 children. He enjoys riding bicycles both in Jamaica on his cyclocross and in the USA on his road bike.

Mrs. Wright has served the school as the administrative assistant for over 20 years. She helps to take care of many details of running the school. She is also a pastor's wife at Bird Mountain Baptist Church and in leadership in the Women's Fellowship of the Association of Independent Baptist Churches. Mrs. Wright has been married for over 25 years and has 2 children. In her free time she enjoys baking.
Ms. Grant has served the school as Librarian for 4 years. She is also a graduate of Fairview with a Bachelors of Science in Biblical Counseling. She is an active member of McField Baptist Church and also enjoys singing as a member of a singing group that ministers to many in Jamaica.
Mrs. Wolf has faithfully served the school and its students and visitors for 20years. If you've been to Fairview you know her cooking. She is also an active member at McField Baptist Church where she sings in the choir. She has been married for almost 50 years and has two children. She enjoys cooking and reading.
Grounds Manager - Mr. Spence
Mr. Spence has served at Fairview as the grounds manager for 20 years. He attends McField Baptist Church. He's always a friendly face around campus and seems to love his job. He has been married for almost 10 years and has one child. He enjoys playing volleyball.
